Shipping and Return Policy

All orders over $100 will receive free priority mail shipping.
All orders under $100 will have a flat rate of $6.99.  All orders will ship from the Drifter Chic Boutique location within 1-3 days of the order. Tracking information is provided via email to customer at the time the order has shipped.
Once an order has been placed, the order cannot be canceled and items cannot be removed from the order.
In Store Purchase Returns: 
Drifter Chic Boutique happily accepts returns for items that are in good selling condition with the tags still attached and the receipt is present within two weeks of purchase date.  
Online Returns:
Drifter Chic Boutique gladly accepts returns for store credit (NO REFUNDS) for merchandise that was purchased online.  We will accept your return of unworn, unwashed, unaltered merchandise. Returns must be postmarked within 10 days of the date you received your shipment.  A RECEIPT MUST BE PRESENT.  The customer will be presented with an online credit code for the selling price that the returned items were purchased for.  We will contact you via email with your online credit code for the amount of your returned items.  Original shipping costs will not be refunded on returns.  Return shipping for exchanges is the responsibility of the customer.  STORE CREDIT NEVER EXPIRES.  All sale merchandise, jewelry, decor, accesories,  and special orders are FINAL sale and cannot be returned.

Defective or Damaged Merchandise:
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received defective or damaged merchandise, you MUST contact us within 3 days of receipt. No exceptions. If we do not receive notification that you have received a damaged item in 3 days, the return will be rejected for any store credit or refund.
